This eight-day Egyptian tour will take you from Cairo down the Nile Valley to Aswan in the far south of the country. The tour begins with two days dedicated to exploring historic Cairo and the pyramids of Giza and Sakkara. We then travel south to Aswan and take a three-day Nile cruise north to Luxor, famed for its historic Nubian temples and ancient Egyptian artifacts.
This 10-day tour combines our Nile Valley tour with a trip out to the Western desert and a night in a desert camp. The first half of the tour is spent exploring historic Cairo and the pyramids, before journeying into the wilderness of the Western desert. We then head south for a two-day Nile cruise between Aswan and Luxor. The climax of the trip is Luxor, where you will be able to discover the ancient Nubian temples and Egyptian artifacts.
